Canine15 Natural Holiday Contest 2018
Canine15 NATURAL invites you to enter its Holiday Picture Contest by sharing a picture of your dog having fun or playing in a Holiday setting/background!
All you need to do is send your picture to @Canine15NATURAL Facebook Inbox or post it on your Instagram account with #Canine15NATURAL.
We want to see pictures of your amazing dogs across Canada!
By participating, you will have a chance to win 1 of the 12 Prize Packs consisting of 2 Canine15 NATURAL supplement packs (2×30) & 1 Beco eco-friendly hemp rope.
The contest will be running from November 30th to December 30th 2018.

CONTEST PERIOD:
The Contest runs from 1 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) November 30, 2018 to 11:59 p.m. ET December 30, 2018 (the “Contest Period”).
HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
To enter the Contest:
Share a picture of your dog(s) playing or having fun in a holiday setting/background on your Instagram account with the hashtag #Canine15NATURAL or send it through Facebook Inbox (@Canine15NATURAL) during the Contest Period.
One posted picture will constitute one entry into the Contest.
The only method of entry for this Contest is online entry (internet access required). Online entry is available through Facebook or Instagram only; no other means of submission will be accepted. No purchase is required in order to enter the Contest.
All eligible Contest entries will be entered for a chance to win the Prize.
Canine15 NATURAL is not responsible for lost entries due to server/Internet outages or other technical difficulties. Unless otherwise stated, all prizes will be shipped FREE OF CHARGE (or in the case of electronic vouchers – emailed) to winners using the information submitted via the entry form.
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open only to residents of Canada, who are at least 18 years of age.
Employees, volunteers and others affiliated with Canine15 NATURAL & Beco Pets along with their families are not eligible to enter.
Entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on December 30, 2018. Contest Sponsor takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, misdirected, delayed, garbled, incorrect, illegible or received after the Contest deadline. Limit one entry per person, per day in addition to a limit of one entry per day. Only one email address and Facebook /Instagram may be used by any person to enter the Contest.
Canine15 NATURAL reserves the right to publicly announce prize winners by their first name and City/State on Social Media or via any other means.
With the exception of fulfillment of a prize with a vendor, supplier, etc. to a winner, Canine15 will never share ANY of your personal information with anyone – ever. Canine15 will only use your personal contact information to contact you regarding these contests.
PRIZES
(referred to herein as “Prize(s)”, or “Grand Prize(s)” or as applicable)
There is one Grand Prize package available to be won, consisting of:
- Two (2) x 30 Canine15 NATURAL capsules (value $72)
- One (1) Beco Jungle Hemp Rope (Medium double knot) (value $8)
All amounts are in Canadian dollars. Approximative total value of $80.
WINNER SELECTION
A random draw will be held at 5:00 p.m ET on January 4, 2018 at Canine15 NATURAL’s office. There will be 12 Grand Prize draws to fulfill this Contest.
ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZE
A Canine15 NATURAL representative will notify each selected entrant, by Facebook or Instagram messenger within three week days of the draw. Each selected entrant will then have within 7 days following receipt of notification to contact Canine15 and provide e-mail address, mailing address and requested documentation to claim his/her Prize. Prior to being awarded a Prize, each entrant selected as a winner must correctly complete, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical, skill testing question and must sign a declaration and release form (the “Declaration and Release”) confirming compliance with these Contest Rules, his/her acceptance of the Prize as awarded.
The Declaration and Release must be signed and returned within seven days from the date it was sent by Canine15. Should Canine15 be unable to contact the selected entrant by Facebook or Instagram messenger or email, or should a selected entrant be unable to correctly answer the skill-testing question or does not respond and complete the Declaration and Release by the deadline specified above, that selected entrant will be deemed to have forfeited any rights to the Prize and an alternate entrant will be selected in the same manner, by random draw This process shall be repeated until such time as a selected entrant is confirmed to be a Prize winner or until there are no more eligible entries, but in any event no later than January 21, 2019.
Contest Sponsor, and Prize Provider will not be held responsible for the loss of any Prize due to changes in mailing addresses, errors or any other circumstances leading to an invalid, erroneous or incomplete mailing address or email address.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Contest Rules.
Each Prize must be accepted “as is” and may not be exactly as shown. Contest Sponsor, and Prize Provider in their sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute any portion of a Prize with a prize of equivalent or greater retail value. Some restrictions may apply. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-negotiable and have no cash value. If the actual value of any Prize is less than the stated approximate retail value, the difference will not be awarded. All Prize elements are subject to availability.
Contest Sponsors reserve the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend a contest for any reason, including without limitation in the event of any printing, administrative error, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest.
